St. Louis Cathedral located at Jackson Square in The French Quarter of New Orleans one of the oldest Catholic Cathedral Churches in America continued services since the 1700's.....Celebrating Jubilee Year of Mercy.
This unique image was achieved by taking a nighttime image underexposed flash, pencil sketch application was used with overlaying color tones and creates a subtle water color painting effect.

A unexposed night photo with flash ignition along with applied pencil sketch application and applied coloring and subtle shades created a photographic digital water color, I appreciate the generous comment and the L, Fav, cheers from Nawlins and Happy New Year
