This unique photo was taken in the rural country around Brookhaven, Mississippi and Bocochitto, Mississippi, The dinner was a success in its early days, when this photo was taken the business was closed. I am certain this unique home bussiness still has the coffee pot on top of its roof. It has been out of business for quite a long time, may not even exist anymore. This business was built in 1920's, may be the first fast food restaurant in the south.

Hello Janine, I checked and its still there in the country, and it opened its doors back in 1920's. They say it may have been the first drive-in restaurant in the south, who knows. I just check and its painted all white, and they cut all the timber away from it. It was in the woods. Thanks for viewing.
