This unique feature in the New Orleans skyline built in 1964 will soon become high rise apartments, office space, they building had been vaccant for many many years. Once an office towner employees started to get sick slowly and it was discovered toxic mold was growing throughout the building. The entire building was gutted of aspectos and specialist wearing bio hazard clothing cleared the entire building of the lethal toxic mold. The building was constructed in 1964 and all work has resulted for two years so it may gain Architectural Historic Status..
