This remarkable shot of the restoration of the Statue of Liberty.ttaken on one of my visits to New York. This photo was taken with a Cannon AE 1 telephoto zoom manual settings. Adjusting the color of the print create a Sepia Tone surreal, the effect is more pleasing and present a vintage appearance to the viewer.

Having visited New York on a few trips over the years prior to the statue's restoration as the boat I was on from afar I kept saying to myself Caged Freedom. The original which was taken with a Cannon AE 1 on a very overcast day the film may have been destroyed and the sky was just artful. Though it was near when the sun was setting and perhaps pollution the only remedy I could perhaps correct the print was sepia tone treatment and it worked perfectly, I was satisfied with the finished result. I sure appreciate your visiting Caged Freedom. Cheers from Nawlins
