This surreal and abstract image was discovered as I was riding my bike to run some errands I past the courts, police district headquarters I glanced to my right and rode by and then made a 360 turn and stopped to take this photo, It had reminded me of that wire game you would put in yoir palm of you rhands or walk down steps, slinky, it slinky, As usual my camera travels with me everywhere I travel, I used my Nikon 820 macro zoom, manual setting and used the zoom lens through the Hurricane Fence which the barb wire was connected....The conditions of the New Orleans Jail system in the past was unacceptable to house cell mates. At times the crime in New Orleans was out of control especially after Hurricane Katrina,,,,A new jail will soon be housing cell mates in a more up to date facility In most cases the crime rate and death rate had sicken the community as a whole the senseless killings and crimes, There was also a tent city to take care of the over flow population at one ti...
