This Azalea is one of a series of many flora water colors in my portfolio. They generally bloom once in spring though with the warm climate they have more than one blooming season. Generally they grow into a large bush, and somewhat delicate, they do not survive well in flower arrangements.

Lovely image, capturing the essence of Azalea's perfectly. There is a beautiful Azalea Trail in the old historic districts of Tyler, Texas in the spring-not too far from Nola to make the trip! It is a beautiful town, if it is loonytoons, lol. I grew up there.
