Description
This Court Jester larger than life face was a head on float now greets visitors to the Blaine Kern Mardi Gras World Warehouse on the river in New Orleans, Louisiana. This warehouse is were all the beautiful floats designed by Blain Kern are housed. The floats are newly created after the end of Mardi Gras. Designers rebuild the floats for the various organizations which parade through New Orleans during the Mardi Gras seaon. This photo was one of my first taken with a Nikon 820, telephoto auto settings.
