Copyright Notice Do Not Alter My Photographer Notes: This is a close up of the America Rubber Duck Race in Bayou St. John at the Boogalou Festival. Festival goer's purchase a plastic duck for $5.00 and at the end of the festival the ducks are in a dump truck and its backed up to the bayou and the thousand and thousands of ducks are released. The first year the event was held a new car was given away to the winning duck to pass over the finish line. This year the festival gave away a $5,000.00 cash prize instead.
