Description
One of a new series Titled Graffiti, Social Messages, Decals, Signs, Speak Loud And Clear.
: `This caution barrier was in the middle of Magazine St. Uptown In New Orleans, LA I was riding home from work. The city was doing extensive re-paving of Magazine St. a project which was part of post Hurricane Katrina work. There was no traffic allowed since it was torn up but these words leave a very strong impact on todays society and graffiti. After doing a google search on graffiti I found clues and no doubt ths was written by a member of a gang and perhaps not. The star with the circle is an indicator of a member of a gang presence. It is known police agencies study these left written messages. And then, these words are so powerful could it be a discreet statement by a troubled youth expressing his personal feelings and plea for help.
