Description
A recent artic blast from the north settled upon New Orleans, bitter cold rains left puddles of water which froze from the mid to upper 20's degree weather. This nature abstract is the St. Charles Avenue St. Car rail frozen in water left behind from the frigid rains. The blue sky cast a blue reflection upon the ice on the ground. One of a series titled New Orleans Blue Ice slight image darkening was applied to reveal shadows within the ice.
