Description
Flowers are abundant in the spring time throughout the south. This close up of flowers created a soft focus of the flowers behind them. the sunlight beamed through the clouds with just enough light to capture this photograph. New Orleans has always been considered the deep south. The city had a long grip with winter though spring flowers were in bloom as early as January and February. The severe cold fronts do make it this far south but they move east and our temperatures rise to the mid 70's and upper 80's. This has been one of the longest winters even though its spring here in New Orleans we have been getting cool fronts and severe weather pass through the City of New Orleans, Louisiana. The winters can be cold but spring time is the best time to visit. Summers are extremely severe, and heats alerts are constantly given though out the summer season.
